Discovery

Problem

Genesis Training Center is a year round indoor/outdoor horse training facility. They came to our startup with the issue of low organic traffic to their site. They wanted us to redesign and optimize their site to fit current search trends and SEO. 

Task
  • Run full analysis on site to find problems 

  • Research keywords and phrases to improve SEO 

  • Optimize site load speeds 

  • End goal of bringing more traffic that turns viewers into customers.

Research

Web Analytics

Deep dive into Google Analytics and Search Console to establish a baseline, identifying pages with the highest drop-off and pinpointing specific technical SEO errors and poor indexing.

SEO & Keywords

Conducted extensive keyword research using tools like Ahrefs/SEMrush to identify high-intent, low-competition keywords relevant to the client's services. 

Brand Audit

Ran a thorough brand and content audit, noting that the existing site's theme, colors, and language were inconsistent and failed to communicate the brand's true value proposition.

Keyword Implementation

Conducted an in-depth keyword research. using specialized industry tools to accurately identify and prioritize high-potential, high-traffic terms. Optimized the existing website content by carefully integrating these keywords, always ensuring the sentences flowed naturally and the content remained engaging.

Implemented Google Business Profile (formerly Google My Business) to significantly maximize usage of the Search Engine Results Page (SERP). Enhancing local search visibility and website ranking by acting as a strong signal of credibility and data accuracy to Google,.

Site Speed & Protection

Optimized core website performance by conducting a thorough content audit. This involved converting all image assets to the next-generation WebP format and purging unused media (images and videos). Implemented a customized robots.txt file to strategically guide search engine crawlers, ensuring indexation efficiency and preventing the indexing of sensitive or undesirable sections of the site.

Before our SEO initiative, Genesis Training Center was struggling with low visibility, typically ranking between position 10 and 15 for key terms. Through a comprehensive technical audit and strategic keyword implementation, we achieved first-page dominance: the homepage now ranks #1 and the essential Facilities page secures the #2 position, establishing critical trust and driving significant organic traffic.
